  • Do I have the same cleaner each week?
    Yes, unless they are on holiday or sick, then we will contact you and send in a replacement cleaner.
  • How do I pay?
    Regular domestic customers pay either weekly or one month in advance, via bank transfer. Commercial and one-off clients are invoiced and must pay via bank transfer.
  • Do you supply products and equipment?
    Cleaning products and equipment must be provided by the customer.
  • What happens if I go on holiday?
    Please let us know with more than 24 hours notice and you will not be charged while you are away.
  • I am at work all day. Who has my key?
    We ask for two sets of keys, one of which your regular cleaner keeps and one we keep securely in our office, just in case we ever need to send a replacement cleaner.
  • How will my cleaner know exactly how I want things done?
    We can arrange for you to meet your cleaner, or advise that you just leave out a note each time you have a specific request.
  • Is there any task that my cleaner will not do?
    We aim to personalise our service to your needs and are happy to tackle most domestic tasks. Should you have any queries regarding our cleaning practices and procedures, please call our office on 020 8301 6888. Our team are always happy to help.

Billing & Pricing

Accepted Payment Methods

At Angels Cleaning, we believe in transparent pricing and providing our clients with the best value for their money. We offer a range of packages, from one-time cleans to regular cleaning services. Our pricing is based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required, and we provide detailed quotes before starting any work. We only accept payments via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

At Angels Cleaning, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, we may charge a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Angels Cleaning, we stand by the quality of our work and are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with our cleaning services, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do everything we can to make it right.
