Cleaning FAQ's

    • Do i have the same cleaner each week?
    • Yes unless they are on holiday or sick then we will send in a replacement cleaner.
    • How do i pay?
    • You pay the cleaner each week by cash or cheque if you are a commercial client you will be invoiced.
    • Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
    • All our cleaners are direct employees of Angels and are fully insured to be in your property. All our cleaners are fully vetted and references are checked before they commence employment with us.
    • Do you supply products and equipment?
    • All cleaning products are supplied on regular cleans and all equipment and products are supplied on one of cleans.
    • What happens if I go on holiday?
    • As long as you advise of the dates you will not be charged while you are away.
    • I am at work all day who has my key?
    • If you are at work we will ask for two sets of keys one of which your regular cleaner keeps and one we keep in the office in case your cleaner is of sick and then we are able to send in cover.
