      • Do I have the same cleaner each week?
      • Yes, unless they are on holiday or sick, then we will contact you and send in a replacement cleaner.

      • How do I pay?
      • Regular domestic customers pay the cleaner each week, by cash or cheque. Commercial clients are invoiced.

      • Are your cleaners insured and vetted?
      • All of our cleaners are direct employees of Angels and are fully insured to be in your property.
        They are stringently vetted and references are checked before we employ them. Most of them
        have been with us for many years.


      • Do you supply products and equipment?
      • All cleaning products are supplied on regular domestic cleans.
        All equipment and products are supplied on one-off cleans.


      • What happens if I go on holiday?
      • As long as you advise us of the dates, you will not be charged while you are away.

      • I am at work all day. Who has my key?
      • We ask for two sets of keys, one of which your regular cleaner keeps and one we keep securely
        in our office, just in case we ever need to send a replacement cleaner.

      • How will my cleaner know exactly how I want things done?
      • We can arrange for you to meet your cleaner, or advise that you just leave out a note each
        time you have a specific request.


      • Is there any task that my cleaner will not do?
      • We aim to personalise our service to your needs and are happy to tackle most domestic tasks,
        even teenagers’ bedrooms! Should you have any queries regarding our cleaning practices and
